Life with ph360: The One Thing That Works Better Than Coffee

I can barely remember a time when I didn’t feel like a complete zombie before drinking my first cup of coffee in the morning. Unfortunately, however, it was a serious love-hate relationship.

I loved the ritual and the taste, but I hated how I felt just hours after my first cup, and hated even more the big crash I had every afternoon. I knew I needed another cup to get through the daily slump, but I also knew that cup would keep me up at night. Cue a vicious cycle of not getting enough rest and total addiction to coffee.

Even still, when ph360 suggested I switch from coffee to green tea, to say I was resistant would be an understatement. I could barely fathom mornings without it, but I was also at a breaking point. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired!

So I decided to take a leap—away from my 2 cups of coffee in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. And towards the green tea that ph360 recommended both for the energy and for the antioxidants that it would give me.

I started my first day off coffee doubtfully, preparing myself to be hit hard with the headaches and low energy my friends who quit had complained about. Yet as I sipped on green tea throughout the morning, I felt a new kind of clarity and stability that I had felt only in my best moments with coffee.

Drinking green tea throughout the day, and sometimes diluting it with water in the afternoon, I felt sustained energy and new levels of productivity. Over the next week, I didn’t have a single headache.

And more importantly, I had no trouble sleeping! For the first time in years, I didn’t feel the jittery buzz of caffeine still in my system from that afternoon cuppa joe. Not to mention, I was thrilled to be getting the anti-aging power of antioxidants.

I love my new routine, and am so glad to be free of my coffee addiction. I feel just that much more willing to explore some of the other recommended foods on my diet plan.
